The Law Of Vibration. It’s All About The Good Vibes.

Today we’re going to throw a little science in the mix.
Some of history’s greatest minds like Einstein and Tesla worked in the world of vibration and possibility. They understood and proved that vibration is the language of the universe. What if you could take what they found and apply it to your life to make huge transformations? No brainer right?? Ok, so let’s break it down.
Everything in the universe is made up of vibration, I mean everything! Trees, stars, water, animals, your body, and your thoughts are all made up of vibration. The Law Of Vibration states that these vibrations resonate out a frequency that is perceived and felt by all that the frequency encounters.
In this post Frequency & The Law Of Vibration the author writes, “This is the Law of Vibration, a law of nature that states that ‘nothing rests; everything moves; every-thing vibrates.’ The lower the vibration, the slower the vibration; the higher the vibration the faster the vibration.”

“So, while the feelings of fear, grief, and despair vibrate at a very low frequency, the feelings of love, joy, and gratitude vibrate much quicker.” To relate this to your life. Think of the last time you were sad or angry, most likely you felt isolated or withdrawn. The Law Of Vibration states that this is a low-frequency state. Now, think of the last time you were happy, most likely you were feeling open and inclusive of others. The Law Of Vibration states that this is a high-frequency state.


So, how can you put this science to practical use and relate it to this work? In order for you to live your version of a prosperous life all you have to do is raise your vibrational frequency to 528 Hz every single day. There are many ways to do this. I invite you to do one, or more, of the things I list below every day in order to raise your frequency to 528 Hz daily:
– Breathe! deep full grateful breaths for 5 mins.
– Meditate – quite the mind and open the heart morning and evening.
– Yoga, Reiki, Qigong or anything that works for you that balances your Qi. You can do this easily by finding some good YouTube videos to guide you.
– Listen to music that raises your vibrational frequency to 528 Hz here is a suggestion 528 Hz music .
– Be grateful as much as possible. Have an attitude of gratitude.
– Move!! Positive emotion is created by motion! So turn on your favorite song and dance like no one is watching.
– Prayer this is a powerful way to raise not only raise your personal vibrational frequency, but also our global vibrational frequency.
– Laughter is the fastest way to raise your frequency. Watch go see a funny movie or watch your favorite stand-up performance. How fun would it be to laugh your way to prosperity?
